At NOTEVIRAL, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience, and part of that is offering fast and secure shipping for all of our luxury cosmetic products. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with shipping your order. Please read through the following details to better understand how we handle the shipping process.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer several shipping methods for both domestic and international orders. The delivery time is calculated based on the shipping method you select during checkout.
Domestic Orders (U.S. Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days from the day your order is processed.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days from the day your order is processed.
- Priority Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days from the day your order is processed.
International Orders
- Standard International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, generally between 7-14 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days, depending on the country.
Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method you select and the destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated based on your selected shipping method and location.
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied based on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is confirmed.
- Business Days: Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
4. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for your order.
- International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to most countries, but there are a few locations where shipping may be restricted. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@noteviral.xyz for assistance.
6. Delivery Issues
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, sometimes delivery delays occur due to circumstances outside of our control. These delays could be caused by factors such as:
- Weather-related disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing for international shipments
In case of an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, or if you need further assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team at info@noteviral.xyz.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@noteviral.xyz. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter.
For damaged items, we may request photographic evidence of the damage in order to process your claim. NOTEVIRAL is not responsible for lost or damaged items if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered successfully to the provided shipping address.
8. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. NOTEVIRAL is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice any errors with your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at info@noteviral.xyz. We will do our best to make changes, but once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
9. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently allow you to ship your order to one address at a time. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
10. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once the package arrives at your country’s customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges calculated during checkout.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what fees, if any, apply to your order.
11. Shipping Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or national holidays, may cause delays in shipping. NOTEVIRAL is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to postal service disruptions or customs issues.
