We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for all products purchased from NOTEVIRAL, beginning from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.
  • The product packaging must be unopened and undamaged.
  • You must have the original proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation email).
  • Returns should be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via email at info@noteviral.xyz or call us at 718-283-7436 to inform us of your intent to return the item. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. This includes our return address and any specific packaging requirements.

  3. Prepare the Return Shipment: Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent any damage during return shipping.

  4. Ship the Return: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival, in which case, we will cover the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items reach us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. These include:

  • Used or opened products (lipsticks or cosmetics).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different shade or product, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and then placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item, and we will either replace the item at no additional charge or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for processing.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can follow the return process outlined above.

8. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • Products returned after the 30-day return window has expired.
  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (except for items that were defective upon arrival).
  • Orders returned without the original packaging.
  • Missing or damaged items that were not reported within 7 days of receipt.

9. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product).
  • Free shipping offers may not apply to returned items, and in such cases, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

10. International Returns

For customers outside of the United States, we offer the same return and refund policy. However, please be aware that international return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and customs duties or taxes may apply.
